Yes it's true. The right honourable (note: correct spelling of honour) reverend Matt H. Graduated today from GBS Summa Cum Laddi*. (*GPA of 3.90 or higher) The keynote speaker was President Avery who left us, among other things, the following quotes: "If you're going to ride a tiger, never dismount." and "Never tear down a fence until you find out why it was put up."

Which I don't know why they would say that because how many times does one graduate from GBS?
I think it was somthing like "you can ride the tiger but you can never dimount". Other than that everthing else looks good.
Obviously you keep up well with Mark Lowry's humour. (note correct spelling of "humour".
